A blurry photo lacks the fine detail a normal sharpen filter needs, so that filter just adds harsh halos without truly fixing the softness. AI super-resolution takes a smarter approach: it predicts and reconstructs missing detail as it processes the image, which genuinely reduces blur from compression and mild focus or motion issues. This tool runs in your browser, WebGPU-accelerated where available, so there's no upload and no usage cap. It works well on soft web images, over-compressed downloads, and slightly out-of-focus shots. Enlarging 2× or 4× gives the model room to add detail, then you download a full-resolution, watermark-free result. Local processing keeps even sensitive screenshots private. Note that severe blur can't be fully reversed — detail that was never captured can't be invented — but for typical softness and compression blur, the improvement is clear and natural.
